About the Event
I've been privileged to be working with the Rutland Free Library (Amy Williams) to select the best poetry of Julia Dorr (1825-1913) from across her complete collections to create "To The Bending Sky: Poems of Julia Dorr" (Onion River Press 2021). It has been a joy to connect with a poet who gave so much to the city I call home. Join me and pre-order a copy of the book and see the accompanying marble sculpture installed on the grounds of the library she founded.
